Anita specialises in building and scaling new businesses and enterprises. Her previous stint saw her rise to the position of country manager with SBI Life Insurance Company, where she lead a team of 60 people in developing innovative sales strategies to drive revenue and growth. This resulted in a 300% year on year under her guidance

Anita has a post graduate MBA degree in Marketing and Finance, and 15 years of diversified experience that have touched upon almost every aspect of starting and growing businesses - product development, client servicing, process operations, business development, and sales strategy and implementation.

Sukesh started his advertising career in 1999. He got his big break when he joined Ogilvy in 2000. In a short span of 14 years, he was elevated to the post of Executive Creator Director, Ogilvy India.

His work on Google, Tata Sky, Fortune Oil, Asian Paints, Bajaj, JSW Steel, Economist, Indian Railways, Mattel, Fox Crime, Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation, Unilever, IAPA- Adoption Awareness and ICC Cricket World Cup has got him written about in various media as one of the creatives to watch out for.

He has used his origin to tell compelling stories that relate with masses in India - a country of over billion people. He has had had the opportunity to create work that has inspired Indians to think and feel differently about some age-old cultural beliefs. Create pieces of work that did its bit in shaping India's culture and thinking.

Over the years, he has won over 300 national and international awards to date. Cannes, One Show, Clio, D&AD, Adfest, Spikes, Young Guns, London International Awards, but the one which is most important to him is the phone call that he received from his father after the Google Reunion digital film went viral.
